Founded by Michelle Malkin in 2012, Twitchy finds and highlights the top news items, stories, and events posted on social media site Twitter and showcases the best tweets related to those stories. The website is one part informative and one part entertainment. If you like to know the news before it makes the news from a conservative angle, twitchy offers all the excitement that could possibly be had in 140 characters or less.

2. Breitbart:

Perhaps the leading conservative investigative website in the country, Breitbart digs into stories that are often ignored by the more traditional media outlets. Founded by Andrew Breitbart, the website has five subsections including Big Hollywood, Big Journalism, and Big Government. Breitbart offers an edge that fits the mood and tempo of the tea party uprising, does not answer to the establishment, and delivers news that many others are afraid to print.

3. The American Thinker:

While The American Thinker will not blow you away with graphics, flashy videos, or a multi-media assault, it will blow you away with conservative opinion content. Formerly known as Pajamas Media, PJ Media is a site of exclusive commentary delivered in column and blog format from a number of influential conservatives. The Tea Party Patriots website is a grassroots website that helps connect conservative Americans with one another in local groups throughout the country. Tea Party Patriots is regularly updated with member videos and of tea party events, information of upcoming events and organizing efforts, as well as member commentary.
